Maja Włoszczowska patron of the event

We are pleased to announce that the patron World University Championships od Cycling 2014 was Maja Włoszczowska – one of the best players in the world of mountain biking. A native of Jelenia Gora is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology. Its major sports achievements include:
•    World championship in MTB XC 2010
•    World championship in MTB Maratthon 2003
•    Silver olympic medal Pekin 2008
•    European MTB champion 2009
•    19 World and European championship medals 2000 – 2011
•    27 Polish National Champion titles in MTB and road cycling 1998 – 2011
